SMS SMS failures affecting Aimee

Our SMS provider is being affected by the AWS cloud outage this morning. This is causing failures and delays for SMS messages. AWS and Twilio are reporting partial recovery but we are still observing errors when making API requests. We will update as they recover.

All upstream providers have reported recovery for all SMS services. We are continuing to monitor functionality over the next several hours for any regressions.

We are observing continued improvement throughout the day for SMS functionality. AWS is still remediating the underlying issues, but we are expecting full recovery in the coming hours.
