Call Audio Fetching Call audio delays

We're currently experiencing delays fetching call audio in app.peerlogic.com. We're working to remediate the issue.

  • Backlog processing has completed. Another review of backlog data will be conducted on Monday

  • There remains a backlog of audio processing from Friday, Feb 20 1:30 PM EST through Friday night. We're working on addressing this queue over the weekend to backfill the audio recordings from Friday.
