We are currently experiencing service disruptions affecting app.peerlogic.com. This issue is related to an ongoing incident with our cloud infrastructure provider.

Our team is actively monitoring the situation and working closely with our cloud provider to resolve this issue. We are implementing temporary workarounds where possible to minimize disruption.

Recovery is complete for call audio ingestion and almost complete for transcriptions. Insights processing is still delayed but should be current in the next hour.

We are starting to see recovery from our cloud provider. There is a large amount of audio in our app to process. Call audio and insights will take hours to completely process.
